QuickDEV Terms of Service

Welcome to the QuickDEV low-code platform, operated by ZAMFIR BENIAMIN PFA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, including our websites at app.quickdev.cloud, quickdev.cloud, docs.quickdev.cloud, and price.quickdev.cloud (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

  • Account Registration and Use

    • You may create a free account on the QuickDEV platform. To access certain features or use the paid services, you must contact us to receive an invoice and complete the payment process before your license can be activated.

    • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

    • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Any unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service is strictly prohibited.

  • Paid Services and Payments

    • The QuickDEV platform offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans, you must contact us, receive an invoice, and complete the payment process before your license can be activated.

    • All payments are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice.

    • You understand and agree that the paid services will only provide access to the features and functionality that are explicitly displayed on the QuickDEV website. You will not be charged for or expect any additional features or services beyond what is presented.

While we have taken reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and security of these integrations, you acknowledge that the use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with.

    • We shall not be held liable for any issues, damages, or losses arising from the use of any third-party services integrated with the QuickDEV platform.
